It is a perfect and special property located in Auckland Central Business district. A short walk to 6 a.m. For the airport, tourist sites, and the waterfront. I would book here again and strongly recommend it to anyone.

The room I booked was kept very clean and available with comfy bed. The meals in the bar were great. The hotel staff was INCREDIBLE and pleasant. The location couldn't be more great and beautiful to the harbour or Sky City.

It was fairly clean, the staff was very kind and nice, plus the service was fantastic. The breakfast had excellent selection of items. The location was great, at a short distance from Skytower. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, had a truly memorable experience.

This place is wonderfully located just a mile away from Symonds Street Cemetery, in a charming building close to the heart of the city, near Alleyway, the train station, shops, and restaurants.

Our travel bookings had been made for the wrong dates and your staff were very good in sorting it out.

Room 208 was close to nightclub entrance, loud music kept us awake until it finished at 6am. After notifying staff, we were able to move to another room the next night. Not happy about the noise, but staff were very helpfull. Proximity to noise is the only reason I cannot recomment the hotel.

Cozy room that was super clean and had a really comfy bed. Loved having a mini-fridge, TV with lots of channels, and the AC was a game-changer! 🌟

they serve free and great breakfasts for all tastes with tea or coffee and extra coffee, for example.

My room was quiet,and well laid out ,and featured different floor levels,creating the effect the room was larger than actual.(but still reasonable size)

I did not like the location as there was limited parking,the hotel does offer a valet parking service for $25.

The location was great, close to the harbor and Sky City 🌆. The double room was nicely decorated and the beds were spacious and comfortable.

The wonderful service from amanda and shelley. The food at the vue restraunt was excellent. The pork meal was equal to anything I have had anywhere in the world. The flavours were supperb. The blue cheese ice cream was also magnificent. A big thank you to jordan my waiter his service and help was excellent.Kindest Regards Warren

Location was ideal for me.

First room offered was very mediocre. too small, nothing like internet view. Second room much better but air con still under powered.

Our room was spotless and felt super luxurious, the bed was so comfy 😌. We had an electric kettle, a mini fridge, and easy climate control, which all came in handy.

Internet access far overpriced

It was quiet and the room was a good size. The kitchenette was useful.

The carpet was very dirty and the bathroom and shower floors did not feel clean.
